100 Push Ups
100 AbMat SitUps
100 Air Squats
This may be complete in one of three different ways:
#1. In order, as your see it. (hardest)
#2. 4 rounds or 25 reps of each movement
#3. 10 Rounds of 10 reps of each movement (easiest)
